ACTIV - SCM & Production Planner
Locatie: Sibiu / zone limitrofe
Main tasks:
Maintenance of the production plans
Conversion of planned orders into production orders
Pre-planning and planning of production
Creation and maintenance of the milestone plans
Missing parts management
Processing of change notes
Rework of individual parts
Adjust work plans
Order scheduling / monitoring
Create working papers / rework orders
Coordination of external procurement
Processing of service orders
Space management
Prepare for dispatch
Process customer orders
SAP master data maintenance
Change notifications
Creation and modification of work plans
Production scheduling
Adjust planned times
Meeting organization and moderation
Qualification requirements
Engineering degree (mechanical, electro-mechanical)
Foreign languages: advanced English and German
2-3 years’ Experience in SCM and production planning
In-depth SAP knowledge
MS Office Package – advanced
Basic knowledge of manufacturing technology with focus on production assembly
Basic knowledge of construction software (composer, eDrawings)
Good organizational skills and high customer orientation

Ensuring trouble-free order processing within assembly, increasing efficiency within assembly
Creation and maintenance of work documents relevant to assembly, capacity planning and monitoring, increase in efficiency within assembly, program planning
Efficient processing of production orders in terms of deadlines, quality and costs (productivity)
Material Ordering and following
Independent coordination with all areas; Planning, organization and participation in coordination meetings, making changes in SAP
Interfaces: order control center, order design, production, assembly, materials management, development, quality management, logistics
Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills with strong sense of customer service.
Solution oriented with a high sense of quality, attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency, and meeting tight deadlines.
Team player who is also able to work independently and handle conflicting priorities while maintaining consistent, quality performance standards.
