ACTIV - Technical product designer
Locatie: Sibiu / zone limitrofe
Main tasks:
Creation of technical drawings, design changes and detailing of individual parts and assemblies of machines on the basis of standards and guidelines
Change notifications
Enter dimensions, tolerances and fits, annotations on the drawings
Creation of assembly drawings from a design draft
Execution of modified designs on assemblies or individual parts
Creation of parts lists and technical documentation
Processing of changes to drawings, models and master data in accordance with change management
Carry out specialist technical calculations with elementary formulas (e.g. volumes, weights, leverage, etc.)
Processing of change notes
Rework of individual parts
Create working papers / rework orders
Material master creation and maintenance in SAP R/3
Meeting organization and moderation
Customer interface
CIP - continuous improvement
Qualification requirements
Technical University degree
Foreign languages: advanced English, German is a plus
Ideally several years of professional experience as a technical product designer
Good knowledge of a 3D CAD system, SolidWorks is plus
Knowledge of an ERP system, ideally SAP
MS Office Package – advanced
Basic knowledge of manufacturing technology with focus on production assembly
Good organizational skills and high customer orientation
Skills / Responsibility / Goals / Competences
Knowledge in design and conception of technical parts, metallic parts machining
Interfaces: order control center, order design, production, assembly, materials management. Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills with strong sense of customer service.
Solution oriented with a high sense of quality, attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency, and meeting tight deadlines.
Team player who is also able to work independently and handle conflicting priorities while maintaining consistent, quality performance standards.
